Symphony of War for ipod instal2/4/2024 have to start leveling up apprentices at early stages and gathering enough gems and sunstones. I set up Diana's and the main character's squad this way by Chapter 12, but it takes a lot of luck and a lot of planning to be able to achieve this composition.- i.e. Everyone else also does damage but their main role is to provide the vehicle by which to deliver the mage to the battle (and to protect him). This composition results in a very mobile "artillery" platform, with the mage serving as the artillery. Only a majority is needed, so I like to mix in one healer (can be Priestess) and a fire mage. And not all the units have to be Cavaliers or Knights for the squad to count as Cavalry type. High mobility and the ability to move again after attacking are too solid an advantage to pass up, so I looked for opportunities to build such squads up, as the game progressed. Personally, I like the flexibility of Cavalry. Most of your characters will end up defaulting to Infantry squads early on and the compositions can be rather mixed. Pretty much anything will work but, in the beginning, with limited resources, you have to take what you can get.
